Listen channels are data sources that Brand Intel queries and analyzes on your behalf. These include social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. as well as traditional news sources through our news aggregator and legal/financial sources like PACER and EDGAR.

Can I change my plan after I sign-up?

Yes! You can always modify your plan by upgrading/downgrading tiers or adding/removing optional packages. Upgrades will take effect upon payment confirmation and downgrades occur at the end of the current billing cycle.

What is a Channel call?

A channel call is a singular query made to an external data channel (source platform). On average, each call will return around 500 posts per channel, but this can vary based upon the source platform and data availability.
For example:

A topic search for "black cat" on Twitter which returns 500 tweets counts as 1 channel calls.
A Twitter account search for Cristiano Ronaldo @cristiano that returns bio information (account details) and most recent posts counts as 1 channel call.
Searching for "black cat" on Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube which returns 1600 posts counts at 3 channel calls.
